The air‑conditioned unit includes a kitchenette, coffee machine, TV, dining table and garden‑view bathroom. Located 15 km from Circuit Nevers‑Magny‑Cours, 23 km from Nevers train station, Ducal Palace and Moulins Cathedral, it provides a tranquil, well‑rated retreat.

Lodging was impeccable, fully equipped, air‑conditioned and perfect for our bike break along the Loire Canal. The welcome was warm.

We booked here because we were attending a wedding at the Toury estate; the accommodation fit our short stay perfectly. Cleaning was included and the AC was a lifesaver during the heat, and the owner’s welcome was very warm. Highly recommend this place.
