The staff were helpful, but the electronic lock on the room didn't work, toiletries were very basic, and the location was disappointing.

Nothing positive. Hygiene throughout the hotel was poor, and the breakfast area and food quality were not good.

The cleanliness of this place was seriously impressive - I mean, I've seen some tidy rooms in my time, but this one was spotless. The quality of the furniture and decor was also top-notch, it felt like a really high-end hotel. The only thing that let it down was the lack of a decent view from the window, but that's a minor complaint.
