LightHaus DP Garden Resort

The hotel owner greeted me warmly, is service‑oriented, kind, and always cheerful with guests. We did experience a power outage on the island during our stay because of the island’s generator issues, which was not the hotel’s fault and I understand it fully. I also apologise if my large motorcycle was a bit noisy early in the morning when I left; I hope it wasn’t too disruptive. Thank you for a wonderful stay – I felt very welcome and would gladly return. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The garden, the staff, and the location are great. AC and traffic can be loud, which isn’t ideal if you’re a light sleeper.

the wifi is excellent, one of the best we had in Philippines which made remote working very easy. the garden is lovely to relax in and the shower is nice and hot. they rented us a motorbike for 1 month (even though we only stayed there a week) for a good price. room is cosy and nicely furnished and stays quite cool. very quiet at night. some noise from the main road in the morning

Everything was great – the place was clean, the owner was lovely, and the setting was very pleasant! They also offer scooter rentals on site. The only drawback is that it’s a bit far from San Juan, so if you don’t have a scooter it gets tricky.

“חוויה נוראית לא הייתי חוזרת לשם!”

The location was quiet. However, the cleanliness was awful, moldy odors filled every room, and ants swarmed in the shower room to the point that the wall was covered in insects. The hosts’ reaction was indifferent and uncaring; they claimed it was a common issue and still assigned us that room. It’s shocking and I’d advise staying elsewhere.
