It seemed the cleaning hadn’t been done: the dishes were dirty, the cupboards were untidy, and we didn’t dare take a shower because the bathroom looked unclean. The lighting was dim, no bedside lamps in the rooms, and no dishes at all.

The place was super comfy and looked great. I could relax right away, no fuss. It felt like a cozy home away from home.
