I loved the location and the hostess was super friendly.

The hostess was friendly, the garden was nice, and the spot near the elevator to the center plus a private parking spot right next to the apartment were great. The bathroom was very basic, otherwise nothing.

Every day there were croissants among other options, which was well arranged. A fun bonus was the cat that joined us at breakfast on the terrace. The minimetro is also very close, so you’re right in Perugia’s old center (or at the train station if you prefer).

“Alojamiento mejorable”

Good location. There is a washing machine, but the owner didn’t let me use it; she handled it herself. The bathroom and the hallway floor weren’t especially clean. It’s an old building that needs renovation. The owner lives in the apartment next door and entered the one we rented while we weren’t there, removed the air conditioner (a Penguin type) and left it on fan mode; we were in a heat wave and when we came back at night it was very hot in the room.
