“Relaxing”

The place was quiet, peaceful, and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, I had to leave and return to Sydney because life pulled me back.

“Perfect! Would book again.”

Roz and Warren were warm and friendly, and the resort was small and perfect. My little daughter and I enjoyed our time here, and the room was beautiful; the pool villa was worth the extra cost.

The location was great, the pool was nice, and the rooms were well equipped. We swam and snorkeled at the beach right across the road and walked a short distance to good restaurants in both directions. The office had a book library if you ran out of books, and the bus to Sinatoka stopped near the resort. However, we had two nights with no water, so we couldn’t shower. Earlier reviews mentioned this as an ongoing issue, so it was disappointing that it hadn’t been resolved.

“An excellent place to hide away”

The hotel reached out before our arrival to see if we needed airport transport and to confirm we were comfortable with the slightly steep stairs to our room, offering to switch rooms if needed; the room matched our requirements, and when we had bed issues the owners went out of their way to resolve them so we could enjoy the rest of our stay, with every staff member friendly and helpful and the ocean sound just across the street aiding our sleep; the only negatives were the low shower water pressure even when turned up and the slightly steep driveway to the upper parts of the hotel, which might be a minor issue for those less fit.
