The staff, especially Mrs. Eliza, were very friendly and eager to help. However, there was no power outlet directly next to the TV decoder; having to plug into the side wall made it impossible to reach the bathroom.

The location, charming building, and price were positives, but the place felt cramped, understaffed, the breakfast was lacking, and most of all there was no toilet access after check‑out; we’d have liked to use the bathroom when we returned in the afternoon to collect our luggage before departure, but we were directed to a nearby shopping centre.
