“Please check sanitation”

I was close to the Araneta Coliseum and theatre, but the floor was dirty, unvacuumed, with powder and hair strands, and the bedsheet and cover weren’t ironed—maybe they hadn’t been changed yet. The bathroom smelled like pee, so after a concert we had to leave right away because I couldn’t sleep there, even though it was late and we were exhausted. I had to catch a car to get home. Worst hotel ever.

“I sent an email to hotel that I left a wallet with money and I’d but not response yet.”

The in‑room service was quick and efficient, but the collateral on the table was poorly arranged. The toilet sink had a dirty hair mark, the bowl didn’t flush properly and left dirty water, and the garbage bin was full of wet water. There was no “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door for privacy if you want to sleep longer.
