The suite is spacious and I appreciate that it’s a non‑smoking facility, which is amazing; the person who helped us speaks perfect English, which is very helpful. They told me the stove isn’t working and that they don’t provide kitchenware, but I tried to use the stove and, surprisingly, it works; I ended up buying a pan to cook. Also, they didn’t inform me that cleaning is only once a week, and I missed that day. Lastly, I didn’t appreciate them asking me to remove any trash from the suite when I check out; that should be the room service’s responsibility, not the guest’s. I looked for a trash bin on the street and couldn’t find one.

The mini‑apartment sits near Yeditepe University, but it’s a steep hill away from the campus, and cheaper options closer to the university—like the Marriott Inn—were available. The water was lukewarm and not hot enough for a comfortable shower; I told management on day one and nothing changed. There’s no microwave, which was expected but still inconvenient, and the windows facing a dull side alley were very dirty.
