The bathtub was spacious and separate from the toilet, letting me soak at my leisure; I appreciated being able to choose and heat my own bread for breakfast. The front desk staff answered any questions I had politely, and I could drop off my luggage before check‑in, which let me explore the city light‑laden. However, two issues bothered me: first, linen changes only happen for guests staying three nights or more, so if you want a fresh set you’re left with the same sheets; second, while a sanitary bag in the toilet was helpful, the policy of leaving trash in front of the door made me feel embarrassed if I was on my period. For those who dislike having their room cleaned or don’t mind a few days without it, the room’s size and relaxed vibe are great. I also wish the front desk had explained how to pick up amenities that are only available there.

The room’s design was intriguing. I couldn’t drink coffee, so I wished there were other juices, but the cheap rate and light breakfast made me satisfied.

The room was very spacious and practical, and although the surrounding area is a bustling nightlife district that might make women or small children uneasy, it’s fine during the day. The bathroom was large with solid soundproofing—a legacy of its former love‑hotel use—and bottled water was provided, but the outlets and desk aren’t suited for business work, and the tap water tasted bad, which is understandable for an overseas hotel.
