The location is nice, but the staff that I met during my first visit a few months back were all polite and seemed welcoming. On this trip and several others, they’re nowhere near friendly. The website is always glitchy, and when I call to book I’m put on hold for ages, making me feel like I’m bothering the staff just to secure a stay.

The staff are friendly and everything is clean overall, but the bed was lumpy and there was no continental breakfast.

The staff are very friendly, the room is super clean, the bed is very comfortable, and the fitness center is excellent.

We weren’t told that the pool and spa would be unavailable at the time of booking, which was a major reason we chose this hotel.
