Beautiful rooms in a stunning hotel, and it’s also situated in a lovely spot. The breakfast could have been better.

The place was spotless and comfy, and the 24‑hour check‑in made it super easy to arrive late from Ha Giang. The street was a bit noisy, but otherwise everything was fine.

“I highly recommend this hotel”

The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in front of the bustling public market. The rooms are spacious enough for two people, and the breakfast spread is incredible with a wide variety of options. However, we did end up with a bathtub instead of the walk-in shower we were hoping for, which was a bit of a letdown. Still, we should have requested a room with a walk-in shower in the first place.

“Terrible location, unbearably noisy, unfriendly staff, poor value. Never staying here again”

I was stuck here due to a landslide that suspended bus services, and the location right in front of the market was a nightmare. The constant noise from loud music going on till late at night made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The spacious room was nicely decorated, but the unfriendly staff and terrible value for money made it not worth staying here.
