They provided a bed that allowed me to sleep soundly, and it was a good deal.

When we arrived in the morning we left our luggage at the hotel, and when we returned in the afternoon the bags were already in the room! My niece had a health issue, and the concierge made several calls to find an open hospital (most were closed at night in Beppu!) before finally arranging an ambulance, escorting us to it, and checking on the girl’s condition upon our return; the hotel is worth its price (old but just 1 minute from the station) because the staff really make a difference. No complaints. Even the trains were almost inaudible.

ツインルームが広くて快適でした。. 自分は、洗濯乾燥機を使う予定ではなかったけど、2台とも故障中と貼り紙されているのを見て、困るお客もいるのでは？と思いました。
