The owner’s warm welcome, the elevator, and the comfortable room all set the tone; we woke too early for the regular breakfast but the owner’s attentiveness let us serve ourselves anyway, and on the last day the full Italian breakfast buffet was a real treat.

The house is just a few steps from the seafront, has 24‑hour security, the room was spotless and perfect, Peppe was a great host, and breakfast was a real pleasure—everything was very good.

Pepe was more than adorable, both in service and in the care he gave to guests, ensuring the rooms and common areas stayed clean, offering reliable free services with a heartfelt touch, and being present throughout breakfast with advice and friendliness; the mini‑studio was in an elegant part of town with plenty of shops, restaurants, and bistros nearby, part of a gated residential complex with 24/7 monitoring, fully equipped for two people, and with constant access to a shared dining area (coffee, bottled water, and other drinks unlimited); overall a very pleasant stay, though the only drawback was having to check out at 10:30, but we could leave our bags safely until we actually departed.

Peppe’s hosting was incredible, the breakfast had a great variety, the room was very clean and well maintained, the location was great with a quick walk to different parts of the city, and the best part was Peppe’s hospitality and warm welcome that made us feel at home; we highly recommend staying here!

It looks even better than the photos, the room is huge and comfortable, comes with a kitchen and plenty of utensils, and when we arrived they let us use it even though it wasn’t ready; Giuseppe and his family were very attentive and kind, they even offered a free bassinet for the baby, and the location is fantastic.
