Neptune Palm Beach Boutique Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

“Przyjemny pobyt, mega miła obsługa!”

I could use all the amenities and the restaurant, and the staff were very friendly. The rooms could be cleaner, and with so many people around, it would help to remove the algae that washes up from the ocean on the beach.

I think I was double‑charged for my stay—how can I claim a refund?

We had an absolutely magical time at this resort, thanks to the incredible staff and stunning surroundings. The fact that we had access to all the Neptune facilities, including restaurants and buffets, was a major bonus. And let's not forget the adorable blue monkeys that call the resort home! However, we did find the vendors on the beach to be a bit too pushy at times.

We were really impressed with this hotel's cleanliness and amenities - the pool was spotless, the food was delicious and varied, and the cocktails were top-notch. The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming. We had a great time and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation.

The food was amazing, but unfortunately, this place doesn't live up to its five-star rating. It's not an all-inclusive resort, and the service was pretty lacking. Still, the meals made up for a lot of the other issues I had.
