I was disappointed because the hotel didn't accommodate me at all and the room was completely empty.

I’ve been staying there for a while now for work. I paid for two nights, came to my room after work, changed my clothes, and left to get food; I returned about 20 minutes later and all my stuff was gone and the room had been cleaned! They said I owed for another night, I said fine, you have my card on file, but instead they took all my stuff, put it into trash bags, then put it somewhere—what the hell?

The room wasn’t clean enough and it had a bad odor, plus the property stairs are really old.

The place was clean and close to the freeway, but the pool area was noisy after 9:00.
