I didn’t expect a conversion of such an old building to be so well thought out, designed, and furnished; breakfast offered everything possible with excellent quality ingredients, well cooked, and each table had its own toaster.

I was amazed by the scenery and the calmness; it’s rare to find such complete solitude, but this place delivers. The spot is perfect for trips to Framlington, Aldeburgh, and the like. We booked the luxury 4‑poster bedroom, which was flawless, yet the stairs to the room were so narrow that anyone with mobility issues would struggle to climb them.

The location is very quiet, and the area is beautiful. The host is extremely friendly and serves a hearty breakfast every morning to help you get through the day.
