The front desk had friendly staff and a clean room, but the lady at breakfast was rude. We had booked breakfast for Sunday on the front desk lady’s tip from Friday, and she printed a confirmation for us. The breakfast lady immediately complained that we weren’t listed, and even after the front desk confirmed, she called us back saying it was wrong and we should come. The front desk lady waved it off and then confirmed it was fine. Then the breakfast lady complained again that nothing was written, as if we were at fault.

The location was good, but the room was dirty, never cleaned, and they didn’t even provide towels.

The location was ideal, right next to Winterthur train station, but the parking was pricey, the bathroom was a bit small, and the door made a lot of noise when it closed.
