The hotel made a very pleasant impression, with delicious breakfasts and dinners, but it became uncomfortable in the evening because of the many mosquitoes on the balcony.

The location is good and the rooms are clean, but the breakfast is very standard.

The view from the room was nice, but on room 304A we had the doors open twice, reported a fault to reception, yet nothing was fixed. We were supposed to check out by 10:00, but in the morning we wanted to return to the room and could not because the cleaning staff were already there even though we hadn't handed over the keys. The room had a small bed, was not ventilated upon arrival, and smelled like damp.

“Polecam”

The food was very good, the rooms were clean and of high quality, daily housekeeping and towel changes were performed, the service was super friendly and pleasant, the panoramic view from the restaurant terrace over the lake was beautiful, the mattresses were firm, and I will definitely return ❤️.
