The location is cheap and the city center of Zeil is reachable on foot quickly. Rooms facing the street can get noisy, the entrance area outside the hotel is filled with smokers until midnight, so with an open window you get noise and smoke disturbances.

A very good starting point for cycling trips, and the town has a lovely beer garden. Breakfast was okay. The rooms facing the street are quite noisy, and the long‑floral carpet is a major drawback that feels very unpleasant.
