“Bonito y bien ubicado”
The location was great and the night buffet was excellent, but the breakfast buffet lacked variety and some items were missing; it seemed a bit more neglected than the evening one, yet still decent, and the room balcony was quite small.
“Acho que é um 3 estrelas + e não 4 estrelas.”
The staff were helpful when asked, and a bathroom issue in the room was fixed that same day, but the acoustics were awful—every hallway noise was audible. The room felt too small for a 4‑star property and the window noise was prominent. The breakfast was not large enough for a 4‑star hotel, quite limited. The metro station is a 15‑minute walk down; the return trip is uphill and costs more, so overall access isn’t very convenient.
The air conditioning didn’t work, and there’s no smart TV.
“Gut gelegenes, sehr gut ausgestattes Stadthotel in Lissabon”
The hotel’s location makes it very easy to reach from the airport via metro and also to get into the city center. The staff are extremely friendly and the rooms are outstandingly clean, especially the top‑floor one with a huge terrace that’s worth the extra effort. Breakfast meets all expectations. Walking distance to Parque Eduardo VII offers a fantastic city view and a nice jogging spot. The room furnishings are well thought out and exceeded my expectations. The hotel sits on the most used approach to the airport, but the windows are well insulated, so there were no disturbances (and anyone who wants to watch planes land has a great view).
The staff were very pleasant, and the room was very comfortable although not well insulated from outside noise. Breakfast was varied but not quite up to a 4‑star standard. Half of the fitness equipment was unusable, and the room’s sound isolation let street noise through.
