The person who welcomed us had a smile that made a great first impression. When we asked about a Velux vent that wouldn’t close, they opened another room for us without being asked, and it turned out to be bigger and more spacious. That gesture was very nice and will stay in our memory. No complaints.

The hotel sits in a good spot, but the spa was under maintenance, which was disappointing. Cleaning was very limited, with hair and pet fur found in the toilets and shower. For me, the price‑to‑quality ratio didn’t meet expectations, especially considering the high commission added on top. No further issues.

“Un hôtel très agréable”

The staff’s kindness shone through when I left my vanity behind; they sent it back to my home free of charge. I’m very grateful to the management for that. No negatives.

The hotel’s location is excellent and finding parking was a breeze—I arrived in September. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was decent. The bed felt a bit small and there was no mini‑fridge in the room. The sauna was out of order.
