Everything was great; it was basically a house with rooms, tidy and comfortable. We arrived late at night, let them know beforehand, and they were ready for us, which was a huge relief. Once inside, they gave us the passwords for access. I misunderstood the parking situation—they said there was parking, but it’s actually on the street with a fee because it’s a busy avenue.

The facilities are very comfortable and clean, and the location is good, but it’s far from the city center. The staff won’t help you with anything; they answer rudely as if it’s your problem and don’t resolve any questions.
