The location is close to convenience stores and food is available until midnight, and there’s an ATM nearby. Basic amenities such as a heated shower, hairdryer, electric kettle with teacups, and TV are provided, and you can refill your own water bottle in the corridor. Parking is hard to find. Our room sits beside a walkway on the top floor and is noisy; some people tried to open our door and knocked loudly in the middle of the night, possibly drunk guests or mistaken for another room. The bathroom sink also needs repair.

“the worst”

The location is convenient with easy access to stores and a laundry shop. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing: there were multiple power outages, and the staff did nothing to help; we had to fix it ourselves. The toilet pump didn’t work, and the staff again did nothing. We paid a RM100 deposit at check‑in, and at check‑out the receptionist said the refund could only be processed by bank transfer after his shift ended at 3 pm. I asked for the refund immediately and was only given RM75, with a promise that the remaining RM25 would be transferred later. It’s been four days since we checked out and the balance is still missing. The service was poor and the handling of guest issues unprofessional.

The rooms are cheap and budget‑friendly, but the air‑con in the king‑size room needs maintenance because it isn’t cold enough.
