Breakfast came in generous portions with plenty of options, the bed was comfortable with good linens, and the staff were friendly. However, when I checked in I had to ask about breakfast even though I had already paid for it.

“Stayed overnight. Front desk attendant was friendly and professional.”

I appreciated the room’s accessibility and the 24‑hour front desk help. The downside was the $15 parking fee; parking should have been included.

“Overall great. Not sure why we couldn't get hot showers at night.”

Overall, the room was excellent, the staff were very helpful—especially when we asked for dining recommendations—and the place was clean and quiet, so we slept well. In the evenings (7:30 pm and 9 pm) the showers only provided lukewarm water; the next morning one of us managed a hot shower around 7 am, perhaps because of high demand that night.

“Relacing in a way”

The location and cleanliness were positives, and the staff were very kind. The toilet clogged, forcing me to rush to the front desk for tools to fix it.
