This cozy pension sits on a hill overlooking Tivat’s lake, close to the city bus stop that takes you everywhere nearby. The staff are great, with Katya going above and beyond to meet our needs. No negatives – just a flawless place.

Walking distance to shops, bus connections and the beach is convenient. The advertised shared WC turned out to be the shared bath and was regularly used by the hosts for a washing machine. The supposed communal kitchen wasn’t available – the area on the ground floor was also used as a sleeping space for a long‑term tenant. Breakfast cost 5 € on site instead of the listed 3 €. Not recommended. I will not send photos. Refund requested through the platform.

I really liked it; the location is superb, a 10‑15 minute walk to a well‑equipped beach, close to a bus stop, a fruit shop and a supermarket – we had a great time! The uphill climb is a bit of a workout, but it’s useful.

Good location and simple check‑in. The advertised iron was missing, as was the mentioned tax. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, so for two nights I chose to sleep on the sofa because it was far more pleasant.
