“Horrible!!!”
My recent stay at this hotel was an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. We arrived at 2:00 AM after a long journey, only to be told that there were no rooms available for us. The staff member's lack of concern and refusal to take responsibility for the situation was shocking. He kept saying it was "just for one night" and that it was "not a problem," but for us, it was a huge issue. We were eventually moved to a different hotel, which was dirty and in poor condition.
