The room was clean and quiet, the beds were comfy, and its location was perfect for downtown Haifa activities, but there was no kettle for tea, the coffee capsules were low‑quality, no tissue paper was supplied, and the room felt cramped.

The meal was flawless, on par with other luxury hotels, everything was run under the chef’s direct supervision with high quality and variety, and the hotel is surrounded by many interesting spots—definitely a place we’ll return to. On the downside, the cleaning was lacking, there wasn’t an extra blanket for those who prefer to sleep alone, and the air‑conditioner was either off or cooling with no option but to turn it off.

השירות מצויין,ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד, מאוד נוח החדר, מתאים למלון עסקי. אין לובי, החדר היה קצת רחוק, נקיון בשעת המנוחה
