The place is amazing, very safe, beautifully maintained, and has a fantastic view. The location is also perfect close to everything, with restaurants, shops, and the main attractions all within easy walking distance. A special thank you to Andrea, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay. He helped us with everything we needed and even took our luggage to the room, which we really appreciated after traveling. His hospitality truly made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was also delicious, with a great selection and a lovely atmosphere to start the day. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience in Sorrento. Great location, beautiful views, delicious breakfast, and especially amazing hospitality from Andrea and the team. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Ambasciata Sorrento Relais

The location, the staff and the room itself were all very good, cosy and convenient. The only thing that comes to mind is that it was not a very convenient place for travellers with big luggage, as you had to go up a certain number of stairs. It's manageable, but not easy if you have a lot of heavy luggage. )) There's one catch: it's impossible to sleep with the window open, it's too hot, and there's noise from the street and when the air conditioner is on, it blows right onto the bed because it's right next to it. But how to solve I do not I have a good proposal. It's probably mostly during the hot summer period

The staff were very helpful and hospitable, and the location was amazing and close to the main piazza.

The spot is great, but the room feels a bit cramped.
