The room was fine. However, everything is automated, making it hard for older guests who don’t consider the digital divide, and there was no one at reception.
The location is good. There’s no reception, and the contact numbers are a WhatsApp line that only works during office hours and a landline, but the staff there can’t identify the rooms. The rooms weren’t clearly numbered and there were no signs indicating room numbers or floors. Using a code to enter is convenient, but it’s impractical for older guests. These aspects need improvement.
The location is excellent, the room was spacious, and the cleanliness was incredible.
Very peaceful. The lack of natural light and the awkward Cabo made it a bit uncomfortable for my taste.
