The front desk team was super welcoming and the hotel is just a short walk from the boardwalk and Caimán del Río, which made getting around feel safe and easy. The only downside was that the security staff seemed a bit over‑the‑top, which could be off‑putting at times.

If you’re in town for the carnival, this hotel’s location can’t be beat – right in the middle of all the action.
