“Erholsamer Aufenthalt mit schönem Zimmer und gutem Wellnessbereich, jedoch mit Potential”

We were pleasantly surprised by our room; its very quiet location let us sleep comfortably with the window open at night, free from street noise. The wellness area, featuring a sauna, steam bath, and ample lounging spots, was also very enjoyable and appealing. However, the dinner schedule disappointed us: a 4‑star hotel should offer more flexibility than a rigid 18:00‑18:15 window. We were also asked to leave the dining room by 20:30 because tables were being set for breakfast, which ruined the evening’s coziness. The five‑course menu felt uninspired and disappointing, with almost no alternatives to the standard dishes and no well‑thought‑out vegetarian options. Breakfast starting at 08:00 was too late for us active athletes preparing for a long bike tour. Overall, we simply wanted more flexibility and a more modern, customer‑focused approach to match the 4‑star standard.

“Nettes Hotel mit schöner, kleiner Wellnessoase (toller Indoorpool) zum Entspannen”

The wellness area is tastefully designed, and the suite was impeccably clean. The staff were very friendly and responded promptly and politely to a small “criticism point” we raised. The suite could feel a bit more homely, perhaps with a nice picture on the wall.
