The Tranquil hotel

“Overall very comfortable stay with family. Facilities, food and staff was excellent”

The hotel’s location is good. The staff are very cooperative and supportive, and the food was excellent. Towels should be changed every day.

“The location is superb but better service is expected”

The location is fine, but the facilities were poorly maintained and the staff weren’t trained to meet guest needs, such as adhering to kitchen timings. The room assignment was also inappropriate.

“Overall a nice place to stay.”

The balcony view is great, but the smart TV lagged and the Wi‑Fi was unreliable.

“The stay was good. We were skeptical about the location but it was as beautiful as it showed.”

First off, the place looked gorgeous and its proximity to Chakrata Falls gave us a breathtaking view. The only downside was the flies in the room; everything else was fine.

The location is good, the room is clean and hygienic, but room service was a bit slow; otherwise everything was fine.
