The beds were very comfortable, the restaurant offered a good variety of food, and the sound insulation was good despite being on a busy street. The internet was good, but there were few power outlets.

“Disappointing beginning to an ok stay”

The view was decent, and I appreciated how clean it was and how easy it was to travel to other cities. I had booked a room with a bathtub—an essential feature for me and the reason I chose that room type—but when I checked in they said it was already taken. I can see that there might have been a misunderstanding or they couldn’t meet my original request, but they offered no alternative or compensation, which made the whole experience feel just “meh”.
