Location. Dirty, no milk or sugar and only two coffee pods. There were two cups, one of which had not been washed and founds left over coated peanuts in it. The carpet leading to the apartment was filthy!!!

After booking, I was hit with a €250 deposit that could be bought for a euro or 8, and the finish was terribly bad – the shower tap leaked and made an annoying noise, the hallway hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks, and the lift smelled.

The bed was comfy and the room was spacious, but the WC had no door.
