The apartment is clean, secure, and well‑located. However, frequent black‑outs are a problem.

Only the bed was usable, yet I encountered scary cockroaches, great lighting, and strong Wi‑Fi. The place was dirty, the bathroom was pathetic, and cockroaches were everywhere—in sockets, the fridge, microwave, utensils, the bed, the toilet, and all shelves. The broken dustbin offered no value for my money, the TV remote was faulty, and kitchen cutlery and washing items were in terrible condition.
