Great spot right on the slopes, the hotel itself is in good shape, and the staff are a real asset. Nothing else to say.

“Still love the hotel but disappointed with end of season lack of service and consideration”

We’ve been here many times and love the ski‑in/ski‑out, the pool, spa, bar and restaurant. But this was our first stay in the last week of the season and everything was shutting down. The service felt half‑hearted, with half‑staff and half‑cleaning crews in the boot rooms and ski hire. We were bumped into an older part of the hotel instead of the newer rooms, even though the place was only 20% full. The shower didn’t work right and the room felt tired.

“43rd ski accomodation ever visited. But whole family agreed we will return here. That only the second time that has ever”

The staff were super friendly, the slopes were just a stone’s throw away, and the restaurant food was top‑notch. The rooms were a bit tight, but they were spotless and the beds were comfy. All in all, a solid stay.

Quality, healthy, and tasty food! Everything’s planned for people who keep their figure, vegans, and those who love to eat a lot. Breakfast has a range of cheeses, honey, jams, fruit, and plenty of other dishes, teas, juices, and more. Dinner features dishes from the best chefs – delicious, beautiful, and varied. And the desserts? Pure masterpieces.
