“Overall stay was excellent. Disappointing watching the facility decline due to lack of attentiveness.”
Poggy, the staff member, was fantastic—attentive, kind, and welcoming, and the suite was spotless. However, the cost was steep for a facility that was deteriorating: the surrounding area lacked cleanliness, with discarded appliances dumped beside the building and outdoor spaces littered with wood and nails. Multiple nails were found on the stairs leading to the beach and parking lot, and the pool and hot tub were in such poor condition they were unusable for paying guests.
