Great place overall, but the second room had narrow beds that seemed meant for children; swapping it for a bedroom might improve the experience.

Cozy, spotless, and tastefully furnished, surrounded by a beautiful park that feels like a true oasis of calm. Lady Bruna was incredibly kind and helpful.

Tutto davvero perfetto !! Struttura top! bella spaziosa pulitissima con tutti i comfort , menzione particolare per bruna , gentilissima e disponibilissima per tutte le fasi del soggiorno . Posizione davvero strategica e molto bella inserita in un parco dove si puo godere di un silenzio rigenerante. Nulla. Tutto perfetto

“Stupendo”

Bruna is a wonderful person, always ready to help and meet every need. We came to Bologna for a concert at Unipol Arena, and the location was ideal—we walked to and from the venue. The house was stunning, roomy, comfortable, and spotless. Bruna even left us plenty of snacks and breakfast supplies—an unexpected treat. I’d gladly return to this place. The front yard features a lovely park with a pond and ducks, quiet and well kept; it’s perfect for reading or relaxing alone or with company.
