Hampton Inn- Suffolk

“Overall good stay. I will return. Customer service is great.”

Every time I return, the experience stays solid and the free breakfast always hits the spot, though the bathroom floor had a bit of discoloration—nothing major.

“Very disappointed. My stays in the past have been better. The room could have used some upgrades.”

The orange juice was great, but on the first day the eggs were mushy and the potatoes soggy and undercooked; the second day they switched to a cheese omelette, which isn’t for everyone.

I booked through Bookit.com, but the system crashed on July 31 and none of my reservations went through, so when I arrived the front desk had no record of me and I had to pay again; I’m demanding a refund of 176.00 and won’t use or recommend this place again.

“We greatly enjoyed our stay!”

The staff is exceptionally friendly and the facilities stay clean and well maintained, with no complaints—truly excellent.
