The place is very comfortable for travelers, the room is tidy, and the bed is comfortable. The room contains the essential utensils. The general kitchen area lacks order; the kitchen furniture needs cleaning, the countertop is still empty, and the cabinets are not grease‑free.

The staff were responsive and helpful. The room feels a bit old/used, but it was very clean, giving a home‑like vibe. We loved the huge bathtub in the room, with amazing light from the large windows, creating a romantic atmosphere.

Location. There was no elevator. I’m an older man, and the luggage was heavy on the stairs. Could you clarify whether there is an elevator and whether the reception is usually available? If I had known, I would have chosen a different hotel.
