The staff were incredibly kind, especially since I was sick the whole time and they were so sweet; I now understand why people want to move to Puerto Rico. Clean and felt very at home.

The friendliness of the reception and maintenance staff was very pleasant; the service was excellent. The room was clean and very pretty, with great décor. I recommend it many, many times. Everything was excellent.

The place is well‑situated and the staff are friendly, but customers kept blasting loud music in their rooms late at night and the pool area was noisy too.
