The WC is dirty, the food is bad, and the pool is dirty.

The area has an amazing view and beach access, but this was the second time we stayed here. The first time was at a friend’s wedding when we rented the whole place for guests, and it was okay then, perhaps because the whole place was rented. However, the recent stay was really poor: the room isn’t securely locked, the balcony door can’t be locked and anyone can easily access it, and we thought the lock had been fixed but it hasn’t been since last year. The amenities are old and need updating. The service attitude needs improvement, especially the owner’s daughter who scolds staff in front of guests even when they’re just trying to help. When we asked for ice to be placed in the pitcher of water after breakfast, she said, “sige panghatag mo ug ice kay duklon tamo!” even though ice was scarce and they should still provide it. They also asked us to pay again for extra breakfast charges we had already paid for, and the staff or cashier didn’t even apologize. 😞 Really bad.
