Purple House - Female only Boutique hostel

It was a hostel where I felt right at home from the start. The atmosphere was very cozy, the décor friendly, the staff super kind, and the location was quiet yet close enough to all the island parties. Definitely recommend it!

The staff were great and the kitchen in the hostel was lovely. It did get a bit noisy at night.

The host, Amanda, was truly a fantastic, kind woman. Her welcome was very warm and gave me a home‑like feeling; she even sat down with me outside for a pleasant chat and offered a lot of useful tips. After weeks of sleeping in hostels, I really appreciated being able to make tea in the kitchen and prepare a breakfast. The beds were wonderful and the house was cleaned daily. The only downside is there’s only one bathroom, shared with up to eight women, but I didn’t find that annoying because everyone respected each other. Outside the bathroom, there’s an extra sink with a big mirror, hair dryer, straightener, etc., which is perfect for women.

“Hervorragendes Hostel”

Indirekte persönliche Betreuung Bequeme Betten Seeehr sympathisch Liebevoll Standort. Die Dusche, dort kam soo wenig Wasser raus. ☺️ Ich habe zu viele Haare, stand sicher 1h unter der Dusche, bis alles rausgewaschen war
