Rooms offer air‑conditioning, private bathrooms, tea/coffee makers, bidets, TVs, and sofa‑bed family layouts. Guests benefit from free Wi‑Fi, a lift, full‑day security, in‑room kitchen, washing machine, and panoramic city views. Nearby attractions include the Toguri Museum of Art and Shibuya Center Town.

The second‑floor apartment comfortably housed our family of four—two adults and two teens—during August when temperatures topped 30 °C, thanks to great air‑conditioning. The bathroom featured two sinks, a separate toilet with bidet, a separate shower, and a washer/dryer. The kitchen was fully equipped with a long counter and barstools, and you could leave personal items and day‑trip bags there. The apartment was large enough to fit three small suitcases without blocking the walkways and had a small sofa for three, a seat, and a coffee table, so you didn’t have to relax on the bed. The beds were comfortable, slightly soft but not too firm, and we slept well. A 7‑11 is just downstairs to the right, the Pantry supermarket is a two‑minute walk, a diner sits across the street, and an izakaya is next to the 7‑11. Shibuya is about a 13‑minute walk—close enough to everything yet far enough to avoid late‑night noise. We chose Illi Mani so our family could stay in a larger space near but not too close to the hustle, giving us quiet at night. We would stay at Illi Mani again. Illi Mani was perfect for us!
