After arriving, the host told me the property was overbooked and no room was available, so I never even got a chance to see the property because it was allocated to someone else.

Friendly staff but the room was missing a TV.

The staff were great and really friendly, yet I had no hot water or heating for two of the three days I booked, so I left a day early. A pizza box with leftover food was found in my wardrobe, and unauthorized guests came in and out all night, creating a lot of noise.
