I had to pay extra for the spa, which was a drawback.

The spot by the Rhine and the city is great, but the place should be modernised or renovated.

The location, comfortable rooms, warm welcome, great view, and breakfast buffet were all excellent; we enjoyed everything.

Breakfast was okay and the view is nice if you’re not looking at the church wall or hearing the noise from Holperstraße. The room lacked a fridge, kettle, and cups, and the TV was rather small.
