Landgasthof Zum Ring

“Vom neuen Besitzer viel gewollt, nichts gekonnt.”

Breakfast was adequate, nothing more. Arrival was only possible after 18:00 because of staff shortages. The room was cold because the heating was switched on only upon arrival. TV didn't work because the remote had no battery. I called and was told someone would come, but no one did. While showering, water ran into the bathroom. No hair dryer, no outlet in the bathroom. To keep the TV and antenna cables from hanging too low, they simply pull them through the cabinet door handles.

At check‑in there was no staff present, only phone support. The restaurant was closed, even though the website listed opening hours.

The staff were very nice, though the location is a bit remote.

The place feels very rural.

“Desaströse”

The building is a ruin. Door handles are broken, the shower falls apart. The operator wasn't there. Other guests pointed us out. The TV didn't work, and so on… We’ve never seen anything like that. It was so shocking I didn’t even take photos. We just left after breakfast and drove home. This property is recklessly dangerous. See above… nothing pleased us 😕. I opened a door, we were alone there. The posted photos show the building’s condition.
