The location is strategic. There is no lift, the toilet is far and shared, the Wi‑Fi is weak, other users make it dirty, and the water filter does not work.

The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room has a stale smell.

The location is very good and the staff are very helpful. This was my first time staying here, and my whole team enjoyed it. Even at the last minute I extended my stay, and they still managed to arrange it for me at a very affordable price. I will definitely return for my next trip. Thanks for everything; I really enjoyed my stay at your property. Keep it up. I think you should provide air conditioning for all rooms because Malaysia’s weather is hot, so consider upgrading your rooms with air conditioning. This is just my suggestion. Once again thanks.
