The bed was a bit saggy in the middle, causing me to roll somewhat centrally.

They upgraded our room, which was very kind, and the staff were super friendly. However, the upgraded room felt underwhelming, combining two rooms without a door between the bedrooms, which might not be ideal.

The bathroom and room space were wide. The water dispenser was broken.

I love the spot of the hotel, but they took 500 HKG as a deposit and never gave it back – steer clear if you don't want an extra fee for nothing.
